Francis Ouma, (born March 23, 1988) is a Kenyan football striker and player for Harambee stars, the Kenyan national team.
Ouma began his career with Mathare United and joined Parma AC in 2008. In 2009 he was loaned to G.D. Tourizense. With Mathare United, Ouma was winner of the 2008 Kenyan premier league and leading goalscorer, with 15 goals [1] [2].
